When you submit an enquiry through one of our forms we generate a device fingerprint — a hashed value derived from passive signals such as your screen size, timezone, and browser configuration. We store only the hash, never the raw signals. This lets us recognise returning visitors and detect duplicate enquiries from the same device so our agents can respond more accurately.
Device fingerprints are retained for 180 days, after which they are permanently and automatically deleted. We never share this data with third parties.
You can opt out at any time. When you opt out we will not generate or store a device fingerprint for any form you submit from this browser. Your choice is saved in this browser only — you will need to opt out again on other browsers or devices.
